Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a critical role in the day-to-day and strategic success of the company. Responsibilities include:
- Marketing Leadership
Oversee and coordinate marketing efforts, collaborate with external partners, track performance, and ensure marketing is fully aligned with operations. - Executive Support
Act as the right hand to the Owner. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare communications, and help the Owner focus on the highest priorities. - Lead Intake and Qualification
Be the first point of contact for incoming leads. Qualify opportunities, ensure fit, and set up the sales team for success. - Client Onboarding and Invoicing
Manage client intake, ensure a smooth handoff to production, and oversee client invoicing and billing processes. - Financial Oversight
Manage bookkeeping services and company financials performed by others. Review P&Ls, cash flow, and reporting for accuracy and clarity. - Sales and Operational Support
Support the Owner in sales efforts, proposal preparation, reporting, CRM management, and tracking key metrics. - Systems and Process Improvement
Refine workflows, drive efficiency, document SOPs, and keep the company organized and accountable.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a similar integrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Experience managing or overseeing marketing efforts
- Comfort reviewing financial statements and metrics (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Familiarity with project management and CRM tools
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working full time, in person, in Gilford, NH, with some flexibility in hours
Experience in residential construction, design-build, or service industries is a plus.
